Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing/ Delivery Lead Times:

Each item on our website states production/delivery times. For all stocked items, orders will be processed within 72 hours from the time the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed the following business day.  Due to circumstances beyond our control such as delivery schedules of third-party services, your order may take longer to process. We cannot guarantee adjustments to orders after placement and may occur expenses. For Made To Order products on our website, production/ delivery times can range up to 20-25 days. 

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the United States, shipping time is approximately 2-3 business days form the process date via USPS.  Please note that public holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods could produce longer delivery times.

For customers outside the US, delivery time can range between 7-15 business days. All prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. Metal Workz Hardware cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.

Why Has Part Of My Order Not Arrived?

We occasionally send orders out in multiple packages. This is because we send items out as soon as they're ready, and some parts of your order may require slightly longer in production. We may also send parts of your order with different carriers depending on their weight and size.

If your order is sent in more than one package, don't be alarmed if something is missing when your order arrives. You'll receive tracking numbers for each package, and you'll be able to individually track their progress on our website.

If you don't have more than one tracking number and you think something might be missing, please get in touch with our customer service team. We're here to help and ensure that you receive all items as expected.
